Our weekly market will cook up a Stone Soup full of yummy nourishing home grow vittles just like our kinfolk and Ancestors did back in the olden days. Food brings people together!
Stone Soup is a European folk story in which hungry strangers convince the people of a town to each share a small amount of their food in order to make a meal that everyone enjoys, and exists as a moral regarding the value of sharing.
Stone soup has always been an Appalachian staple. You see old caldrons adorning people's lawn as flower pots these days. Time to clean em' up and season them and share the experience with future generations. We cook food made with love and serve up what veggies are donated from farm contributions.
All soups are meat free with ethnically sourced healthy non gmo ingredients and hOMemade with love and gratitude. We request you bring your own bowl to save on waste.
